Hi! I am Joyce, your AP cheerleader. I was once a new AP and struggled to find that balance between managing all of the daily tasks, being an effective instructional leader, and feeling confident in my work.

I share my proven experiences and knowledge that afforded me the opportunity to be an AP of the year finalist, with assistant principals and aspiring assistant principals around the world. With over 15 years in education and going into year 8 in administration, I help bridge the gap of not knowing where to even start on your leadership journey and being able to take on tasks with confidence and ease.
